If you press the "All changed icons" button (pic.1) you see a window to manage all changed icons (Pic.19).

There are icons that were changed earlier on this computer. If you want to change an icon again, double click it or click and press "Ok" button. Then you may change an icon as it was previously written.

Also now it is possible to select several folders at once using left mouse button or Shift / Ctrl keys.

- Browse folder(s) - press it if you forget what is in the folder(s) and want to see the folder(s) content.
- Remove folders from list - is intended for removing selected folders from list.
- Restore default icon for folder(s) - is intended for returning default icon of selected folder(s).
- Change Folder(s) Status - here you can also select the way of the icon creation between 3 variants (see above).

You may add to the list of earlier changed icons the icons that were changed not only with a help of Change Folder Icons but also with a help of the other programs. It can be done with a help of "Search for changed icons" button, which allows to find folders and drives that icons were changed (Pic.20).

You may find them either in all local drives or specified folders (with subfolders).

All found icons can be saved according to one of 4 selected variants:

    • independent & portable - an icon is saved into the folder itself, so you can copy a folder to another computer or removable drive and this icon will be always available (it is a default option and we strongly recommend to use it always);
    • independent & non-portable - an icon is saved in the special folder of the program, so it is independent from the file-source where it is found, but it is lost when you copy a folder to another computer or view via Network (if you don't want your icon files to be created in folders you should select this variant);
    • source-dependent (by link) - an icon is stayed in the file-source where it is found, so an icon is lost if the file-source is removed and also as mentioned in the second variant (in case if you want to set 1 icon for many folders and don't want to create icon copies for each folder);
    • ask for each found folder - here you can see a confirmation window which asks you to select between 3 variants.

      * If you have Windows'98 you should check a field "Windows'98 compatible" (a folder will be made as system in this case).
